U16 PROGRAM

The U16 program is a critical developmental stage for Niagara Spears athletes. We focus on bridging the gap between youth fundamentals and elite senior-level performance. Our standards are high, demanding discipline, tactical intelligence, and physical dominance. Here, players don't just learn the game—they learn how to win at the highest level while preparing for the intensity of U18 and collegiate opportunities.
