U14 PROGRAM

The U14 program is where serious development begins for Niagara Spears athletes. This stage focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a competitive mindset while introducing the standards of high-level football. Players develop technique, discipline, teamwork, and game knowledge in an environment designed to challenge and support growth. Here, athletes build the foundation needed to progress into U16 and beyond.
